Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, our Customer Care Team will work with you to find the best possible resolution.


Return Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation.

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Legacy Living LLC reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Print-on-demand products made specifically for your order

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Digital downloads and digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance, final sale, or closeout merchandise

  • Opened beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrances, or personal care products

  • Opened health and wellness products

  • Intimate apparel or hygiene-related products

  • Food, beverages, or consumable items


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of:

    • The item

    • The packaging

    • Any visible damage

    • The shipping label

After review, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • Store credit

  • Another appropriate resolution


Print-on-Demand & Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are created specifically after your order is placed.

Because these products are custom produced, they cannot be returned due to:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Color preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

If a print-on-demand item arrives defective, damaged, or was produced incorrectly, we will gladly replace or refund the item after verification.


Drop Shipped Products

Some products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers.

Return eligibility and processing times may vary depending on the manufacturer or supplier. Customers are responsible for following the return instructions provided by our Customer Care Team.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect due to fulfillment error

For all other situations, customers may place a new order if desired.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before processing begins.

Once an order has entered production or shipment, it cannot be canceled.

This is especially important for:

  • Print-on-demand products

  • Personalized items

  • Custom orders


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance, as Legacy Living LLC cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned because of:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Refused delivery

  • Failure to claim the package

may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.


Fraud Prevention

Legacy Living LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns when abuse of this policy, fraudulent activity, or excessive return behavior is suspected.
