Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom, limited-edition, or pre-order items may require additional processing time. Any extended timelines will be noted on the product page.
Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more (U.S. only).
Order Tracking
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. TRUE LUXURY is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
International Shipping
